OPENING STRUCTURE AND OPENING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening structure and an opening construction method, which can improve workability while improving appearance of a gateway opening.SOLUTION: In an opening structure, a gateway opening 8 is formed by fixing a fixture frame 1 consisting of a door head 10 and both side jambs 20, 23 to an opening part 2 consisting of a door head substrate and both side jamb substrates of a building. A top surface 3 consisting of the door head substrate of the opening part is positioned above a ceiling face 6 and both side jambs are respectively connected to both ends in longer direction of the door head to form a three-side frame. Crosspieces 40, 40 for a ceiling panel substrate are respectively fixed so as to be disposed along both sides in depth direction of the door head of the fixture frame that is fitted and fixed in the opening part and are stretched in width direction of the opening part. Ceiling panels 41, 41 are respectively fixed on both side crosspieces so as to have a clearance 42 between them to which undersurface of an upper rail 14 holding an upper end 37 of a fixture 36 is exposed. The upper rail is fixed on the door head so that the undersurface of the upper rail is substantially flush with or slightly below the undersurface of the ceiling panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】出入開口の見栄えを向上させながらも施工性を向上し得る開口構造及び開口施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】上枠１０と両側の縦枠２０，２３とからなる建具用枠１を建物の上枠下地及びその両側の縦枠下地によって構成される開口部２に固定して出入開口８を形成した開口構造であって、前記開口部の前記上枠下地によって構成される天面３は、天井面６よりも上側に位置するように設けられ、前記上枠の長手方向両端に前記両側の縦枠をそれぞれ接合して三方枠状に枠組みされ、前記開口部内に嵌め込み固定された前記建具用枠の上枠の見込み方向両側に沿うように、かつ前記開口部の幅方向に架け渡されるように天井パネル下地用の桟材４０，４０がそれぞれ固定され、これら両側の桟材に、建具３６の上端部３７を保持する上レール１４の下面が露出する隙間４２を隔てるように天井パネル４１，４１がそれぞれ固定され、前記上レールが、その下面を前記天井パネルの下面と略同一平面状または前記天井パネルの下面よりも僅かに下方位置にして前記上枠に固定されている。【選択図】図１
