ELECTRIC ANTICORROSION APPARATUS AND ELECTRODE STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRIC ANTICORROSION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric anticorrosion apparatus for improving the anticorrosion by making a load of attachment work of an anodic electrode smaller and by making a deviation of a distribution of a current density of a steel construction smaller.SOLUTION: An electric anticorrosion apparatus includes a conductive coating film 4 applied on an outer surface of a steel construction 12 exposed in air, a carbon fiber belt 6 disposed in contact with an outer surface 4a of the conductive coating film 4, a magnetic material 7 formed by including a magnetic powder in a soft material and pressing the carbon fiber belt 6 against the outer surface 4a of the conductive coating film 4, and an electric power supply 8 for flowing a direct current with the carbon fiber belt 6 as a positive electrode and the steel construction as a negative electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】陽極電極の取付作業の負担が小さく、しかも、鉄鋼建造物の電流密度の分布の偏りを小さくして防食性の向上を図る電気防食装置を提供すること。【解決手段】気中に露出した鉄鋼建造物12の外表面に施された導電性塗装膜4と、この導電性塗装膜4の外表面4aに接触させて設けられた炭素繊維帯6と、柔軟材料に磁性粉を含んで構成され、炭素繊維帯6を導電性塗装膜4の外表面4aに押し付ける磁性体7と、炭素繊維帯6を陽極とし、鉄鋼建造物を陰極として直流電流を流す電源装置8とを備えること。【選択図】図1
