UNFROZEN TYPE AIR VALVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfrozen type air valve which is prevented in freezing of the inside and can be disassembled while preventing a rapid pressure change in the inside and carry out repair work.SOLUTION: In an unfrozen type air valve, a floating valve element 13 and a float valve element 14 are received in a valve box part 10, and a flow passage to external piping 2 is provided in a manner capable of being shut off by a vertically-movable sleeve part 11. An annular lid 15 having a large air hole 100 in the center is detachably screwed into an upper part of the sleeve part 11, and among the lid 15, the sleeve part 11 and a bottom lid 51 provided at a lower part of the sleeve part 11, a valve chamber 102 is provided for the floating valve element 13 and the float valve element 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内部の凍結を防止した空気弁であり、内部の急激な圧力変動を防止しながら分解して安全に補修作業を実施できる不凍結形空気弁を提供する。【解決手段】弁箱部10内に遊動弁体13とフロート弁体14とを収容し、かつ上下動可能のスリーブ部11で外部配管2との流路を遮断可能に設けた不凍結型空気弁である。スリーブ部11の上部に、中央に大空気孔100を有する環状のふた15を着脱自在にネジ込み、このふた15とスリーブ部11とこのスリーブ部11の下部に設けた底ふた51との間に、遊動弁体13とフロート弁体14との弁室102を設けた。【選択図】 図1
