INSTALLATION METHOD OF SOLAR PANEL RACK INSTALLATION POLE BY LOCK BOLT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of solar panel rack installation pole of a lock bolt system which allows for installation of a solar panel rack installation pole even in a steep slope where a heavy machine for boring a large hole cannot approach, while ensuring safety in the construction by reducing the risk of slope collapse after installation, and capable of level adjustment among a large number of solar panel rack installation poles in a three-dimensional land form, regardless of the slope.SOLUTION: A installation method of solar panel rack installation pole of lock bolt system consists of a first step of embedding a lock bolt material 1 in a pole installation surface, a second step of inserting the lock bolt material 1 into an insertion hole, by using a pole 2 of substantially U-shaped cross section provided, in the bottom face, with a base plate 21 having the insertion hole of the lock bolt material 1 in the center, and fixing the pole 2 by performing level adjustment by means of double nuts 11, 12, a third step of installing a mesh formwork 3 on the pole installation surface while surrounding the outer periphery of the pole 2, and a fourth step of casting concrete into the mesh formwork 3 and then curing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】大きな孔を開ける削孔重機の進入が不可な急傾斜地にもソーラーパネル架台設置用支柱の設置が可能であり、かつ、設置後における法面崩壊のリスクを減らすことで施工面での安全性を確保でき、さらに、傾斜地に係わらず三次元化した地形における多数のソーラーパネル架台設置用支柱相互間のレベル調整が可能なロックボルト方式によるソーラーパネル架台設置用支柱の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】支柱設置面にロックボルト材1を埋設設置する第1工程と、中央にロックボルト材1の挿通孔を有するベースプレート21を底面に備えた断面略コ字状支柱2を用い、挿通孔にロックボルト材1を挿通しダブルナット11、12でレベル調整を行って支柱2を固定する第2工程と、支柱2の外周を囲む状態で支柱設置面にメッシュ型枠3を設置する第3工程と、メッシュ型枠3内にコンクリートを打設して養生する第4工程と、からなる。【選択図】図6
