PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moistureproof decorative laminate and a fitting, with improved adhesiveness between a woody base material and a moistureproof sheet.SOLUTION: A moistureproof decorative laminate includes: a woody base material 2; a decorative sheet 4 arranged at one side 2a of the woody base material 2; and a moistureproof sheet 6 arranged at the other side 2b of the woody base material 2. One side (a side on the woody base material) 6a of the moistureproof sheet 6 has a surface wettability modification part with surface wettability modified. The surface wettability modification part is, for instance, formed by applying a reactive etching treatment using plasma. A second adhesion layer 5 adhering the woody base material 2 and the moistureproof sheet 6 includes ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) having an urethane bond.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
