PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for elastic paving material applied to freezing inhibition paving as its icing destructiveness from elasticity in addition to applications requiring comfort such as park, sidewalk and sport facility, excellent in flexibility and elasticity and usable in conventional heating asphalt mixture manufacturing facility and a paving material.SOLUTION: There is provided an elastic paving material containing a mixture of an aromatic process oil and a thermoplastic elastomer which is a styrene block copolymer as an organic component of 80 wt.% or more, wherein the aromatic process oil is heavy mineral oil manufactured by petroleum purification and mixture ratio of the process oil and the thermoplastic elastomer is 80:20 to 95:5 by weight ratio in one with flash point (COC, Cleveland open type) of 150 to 400°C and aromatic component of 30 to 90%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】公園、歩道、スポーツ施設などの快適性を求められる用途に加え、弾性がもたらす着氷破壊性から凍結抑制舗装にも適用され、たわみ性・弾性に優れ、従来の加熱アスファルト混合物製造設備で使用可能な弾性舗装材用バインダー組成物及び舗装材の提供。【解決手段】有機成分として芳香族系プロセスオイルとスチレン系ブロック共重合体である熱可塑性エラストマーの混合物を８０重量％以上含むものであって、前記芳香族系プロセスオイルは、石油精製によって製造される重質鉱油であり、引火点（ＣＯＣ、クリーブラン開放式）が１５０〜４００℃、芳香族分が３０〜９０％のものにおいて、該プロセスオイルと該熱可塑性エラストマーの混合比率が重量比で８０：２０〜９５：５である弾性舗装用材。【選択図】なし
