FIBER-FILLED SAPONIFICATION REACTION TYPE COLD TEMPERATURE ASPHALT MIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all weather cold temperature asphalt mixture as a repair material for a road pavement or the like having fixed operability, cured in the initial stage and also having flexibility.SOLUTION: Provided is a cold temperature asphalt mixture obtained by mixing soft asphalt cut-back with linseed oil fatty acid and/or linseed oil fatty acid ester, an aggregate, cement and a fiber material. A fiber-filled saponification reaction type cold temperature asphalt mixture obtained by feeding water into the mixture during the operation to solidify the mixture by saponification reaction with the linseed oil fatty acid and/or linseed oil fatty acid ester, the cement and the water, in which the strength is expressed, and further, by the flexibility of the soft asphalt and the fiber material, pliability is imparted to the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】一定の作業性を有し、早期に硬化し、且つ柔軟性を有する道路舗装等の補修材としての全天候型常温アスファルト混合物の提供。【解決手段】亜麻仁油脂肪酸及び/又は亜麻仁油脂肪酸エステルでカットバックされた軟質アスファルト、骨材、セメント、繊維材料を混合した常温アスファルト混合物。施工中に該混合物へ水を供給することにより、前記亜麻仁油脂肪酸及び/又は亜麻仁油脂肪酸エステル、前記セメント及び前記水による鹸化反応により固化し、強度を発現すると共に前記軟質アスファルト及び前記繊維材料の柔軟性により混合物にたわみ性をもたせる繊維入り鹸化反応型常温アスファルト混合物。【選択図】図1
