FLOOR BOARD SCREWED AT PROTRUDING LINEAR PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor board that enhances tongue strength and curtails installation work period.SOLUTION: A lower protrusion 2 and an upper protrusion 3 of a constant width are provided for integrating a male tongue of a floor board and a lower part of a floor material and screwing a screw 9 thereinto, thus increasing a thickness of the male tongue of the floor board and the tongue strength of the floor material. The male tongue is fixed to a floor joist 8 with the screw, thereby enhancing an adhesion strength. By fitting a female tongue to the male tongue for pairing, the screw is covered and concealed by the female tongue, thereby suppressing swelling and contraction of a wooden material caused by moisture contained in the air. A notch 5 is formed on the male tongue for clearly indicating a position of screwing the screw, enhancing work efficiency, and preventing a damage to a decorative veneer due to slipping of the screw while screwing. A protrusion 17 and a notch 18 are provided, for enhancing fitting strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】実強度を強くし、施工時間を短縮できる床板を提供する。【解決手段】床板の雄実と床材の下部を一体にしてスクリュービス９をねじ込むため、一定幅の下部突条部２と上部突条部３を設け、床板の雄実を太く床材の実強度を強くする。雄実を根太８へスクリュービスで固定し密着強度を増す。雄実に対となる雌実を嵌合するとスクリュービスが雌実によって覆い隠され、空気中の水分による木材の膨張や収縮をおさえる。雄実に切欠き５を入れ、スクリュービスをねじ込む位置を明確にし、作業効率の向上やねじ込み時のビスの滑りによる化粧単板などの損傷をなくす。突条部１７、切欠き部１８を設け、嵌合強度を強化する。【選択図】図３
