NORMAL TEMPERATURE ASPHALT MIXTURE, NORMAL TEMPERATURE ASPHALT PAVEMENT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PAVEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a normal temperature asphalt mixture and a normal temperature asphalt pavement structure which can reduce a burden of snow-removal work and to provide a construction method for the normal temperature asphalt pavement structure suitable for small scale construction of anti-freezing pavement on a place such as a pathway mainly used by pedestrians.SOLUTION: A normal temperature asphalt mixture is produced by mixing cut-back asphalt and aggregate with addition of an anti-freezing agent including chloride compound or acetic acid compound. A construction method for a normal temperature asphalt pavement structure comprises: a mixing process to manufacture the normal temperature asphalt mixture by mixing the cut-back asphalt, the aggregate and the anti-freezing agent; and a paving process to construct a thin layer of the normal temperature asphalt mixture with a thickness of 15 to 20 mm on existing pavement. A normal temperature asphalt pavement structure constructed in a form of the thin layer of the normal asphalt mixture has a porosity of 2.0% to 6.0% in bulk ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】除雪作業の負担を軽減できる、常温アスファルト混合物、常温アスファルト舗装構造体と、歩道などの主に人が通行する場所の凍結抑制舗装の小規模施工に適した、常温アスファルト舗装構造体の施工方法とを提供する。【解決手段】カットバックアスファルトと、骨材と、を混合してなる常温アスファルト混合物であり、塩化物系化合物又は酢酸系化合物を含有する凍結抑制材が添加されている。また、カットバックアスファルトと、骨材と、凍結抑制材とを混合して常温アスファルト混合物を製造する混合工程と、既設舗装上に常温アスファルト混合物を15〜20mmの厚さに薄層オーバーレイする舗設工程とを含み、常温アスファルト混合物を用いて薄層オーバーレイされた常温アスファルト舗装構造体は、空隙率が2.0容積%〜6.0容積%である施工方法。【選択図】なし
