RESIN FOAM BURIED BODY, RESIN FOAM BURIED BODY MANUFACTURING METHOD AND HOLLOW CONCRETE SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air bubble generation from a resin foam buried body that is buried in concrete.SOLUTION: A resin foam buried body 10 is manufactured by heating a resin foam charged in a metal mold by steam to fuse particles of the resin foam, subsequently heating a preset surface by supplying more steam, and forming an air bubble restraining layer 12 by fusing a surface of a resin foam layer 11 in which the particles of the resin foam are fused. Burying the resin foam buried body 10 in the concrete restrains generation of air bubbles that are pressed outward from inside the resin foam buried body 10 after installing the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート内に埋設される発泡樹脂埋設体からの気泡の発生を防止する。【解決手段】金型内に充填された発泡性樹脂を蒸気で加熱して、発泡性樹脂の粒子同士を融着させた後、予め設定された面に更に蒸気を供給して加熱し、発泡性樹脂の粒子同士を融着させた発泡樹脂層11の表面を融解させて気泡抑制層12を形成した発泡樹脂埋設体10を製造し、この発泡樹脂埋設体10を、コンクリート内に埋設することで、コンクリート打設後に、発泡樹脂埋設体10の内部から押し出されて外部に出てくる気泡の発生を抑制するようにした。【選択図】図1
