JOINT STRUCTURE FOR WOODEN MEMBERS AND METHOD FOR JOINTING WOODEN MEMBERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for wooden members having base holes in cut ends of wooden members, a connection piece disposed in the base holes, and an adhesive cured in the base holes, which prevents the adhesive leaking from the base holes through a gap between the cut ends from coming out of the outer surface of the joint structure and ruining the external appearance.SOLUTION: A joint structure A for wooden members includes: base holes 11, 21 formed in cut ends 10, 20 of wooden members 1 and 2 to be jointed, injection holes 14, 24 formed in the outer surfaces of the wooden members 1 and 2 so that the injection holes 14, 24 are connected with the base holes 11, 21, fit grooves 15, 25 formed around the base holes 11, 21 in the cut ends 10, 20, a tubular block piece 5 disposed across the fit grooves 15, 25 in the wooden members 1, 2, a connection piece 3 disposed across the base holes 11, 21 in the wooden members 1, 2 to joint the cut ends 10, 20 of the wooden members 1, 2, and an adhesive 4 that has been injected through the injection hole 24 in the wooden member 2 and cured in the base holes 11, 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木材の各接合面の基礎孔に渡すように連結具を差し入れ、接着剤を基礎孔内に注入して硬化させた木材の接合構造体において、各基礎孔から接合面の隙間を通って漏れ出した接着剤が外表面に露出して外観が見苦しくなることを防止した木材の接合構造体を提供する。【解決手段】木材の接合構造体Ａは、接合する木材１、２の木口１０、２０に基礎孔１１、２１が形成され、木材１、２の外表面から基礎孔１１、２１につながる注入孔１４、２４が形成され、木口１０、２０には基礎孔１１、２１の孔口の周囲に嵌装溝１５、２５が形成され、各木材１、２の嵌装溝１５、２５に渡すように筒状の遮断部材５を嵌装し、各木材１、２の基礎孔１１、２１に渡すように連結具３を通して、木材１、２の木口１０、２０が合わせられ、一方の木材２の注入孔２４から接着剤４を注入し、基礎孔１１、２１の内部に接着剤４を充填し硬化させたものである。【選択図】図１
