LOCK DEVICE FOR DOOR OF VENDING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for a door that enables a cylinder lock to be easily replaced.SOLUTION: When a cylinder lock 12 is rotated with a key K for unlocking, a lock operation member 18 moves down through a cam member 17 and a lock pin 18c of the lock operation member 18 is extracted from a recessed groove of a lock arm 13. After the lock arm 13 comes out, a screwdriver is made to abut on a cross groove of a front shaft part 19d of a gear member 19 so as to press the front shaft part 19d in, and then the gear member 19 moves axially inward, so that a gear 19a engages a gear 16b of a geared ring member 16. The screwdriver is fitted in the cross groove so as to rotate the gear member 19, and the rotation thereof is transmitted from the gear 19a to the gear 16b to rotate the geared ring member 16. An external gear of the cylinder lock 12 threadably engages an internal gear of the geared ring member 16, so the cylinder lock 12 never rates and is pushed out of an insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】シリンダ錠の交換が容易に行い得る扉用ロック装置を得る。【解決手段】 シリンダ錠１２をアンロックのために鍵Ｋにより回動すると、カム部材１７を介してロック操作部材１８が下降し、ロック操作部材１８のロックピン１８ｃはロックアーム１３の凹溝から抜き取られる。ロックアーム１３が抜け出した後に、歯車部材１９の前軸部１９ｄの十字溝にドライバを当接して、前軸部１９ｄを押し込むと、歯車部材１９は軸方向内部に移動して、ギア１９ａがギア付リング部材１６のギア１６ｂと噛合する。ドライバを十字溝に嵌合して歯車部材１９を回転すると、その回転はギア１９ａからギア１６ｂにより伝達されて、ギア付リング部材１６を回転させる。ギア付リング部材１６の内ねじにはシリンダ錠１２の外ねじに螺合しているので、シリンダ錠１２は回転することなく、挿通孔から外方に押し出される。【選択図】図８
