COATING FILM SAMPLING TOOL AND COATING FILM SAMPLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film sampling tool for safely and easily sampling an existing coating film, for executing an analytical test for determining whether or not a toxic substance is included in the existing coating film.SOLUTION: A coating film sampling tool 10 is constituted of a bag-like body 11 being transparent, undissolved to a coating film release agent and composed of a plastic film of a single layer or double layers. An opening part 12 to be directly opposed to a painted surface is provided on one end of the bag-like body 11. Two separation parts 13a and 13b of a width degree of a hand are provided on the other end side of the bag-like body 11 positioned on the opposite side of the opening part 12 so as to become a substitute of a glove. In the bag-like body 11, at least one opening-closing part 15 for taking in and out a coating film scraping-off tool or the coating film release agent is provided near the opening part 12. Thus, an analytical use coating film can be safely and easily sampled from a desired painted surface 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既存の塗膜に有害物質が含まれているか否かの判定を行うための分析試験を実施するために、既存の塗膜を安全で簡易的に採取する採取する塗膜の採取用具を提供する。【解決手段】 塗膜の採取用具10は、透明でかつ塗膜剥離剤に溶解しない、単層あるいは複層のプラスチックフィルムからなる袋状体11で構成する。前記袋状体11の一端に、塗装面に正対させるための開口部12を備える。前記開口部12の反対側に位置する前記袋状体11の他端側に、手袋の代用となるように手の幅程度の2つの分離部13a,13bを備える。前記袋状体11において前記開口部12の近くに、塗膜掻き落し用工具あるいは塗膜剥離剤を出し入れするための少なくとも一つの開閉部15を備えている。これにより、所望の塗装面50から分析用途の塗膜を安全で簡易的に採取することができる。【選択図】 図1
