PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing agent for gypsum that can impart excellent waterproofness to gypsum hardened material.SOLUTION: Provided are: a waterproofing agent for gypsum comprising a salt of a fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms and sodium and/or potassium; a gypsum composition containing said waterproofing agent for gypsum, and gypsum, and in which the content of the salt based on the weight of the composition is preferably 0.1 to 5 wt.%; and a gypsum hardened product obtained by hardening said gypsum composition, and furthermore, said waterproofing agent for gypsum is preferably a waterproofing agent for gypsum in which the fatty acid is a saturated fatty acid and an unsaturated fatty acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
