PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being difficult to enable opening-closing operation of a window from a building external part, while limiting the opening-closing operation of the window from a building internal part, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A handle comprises a pair of handle parts and a handle connection shaft for connecting the pair of handle parts, and a key part is provided in one handle part, and a lock is fastened by the key part, and one handle part is fixably constituted so as to be nonrotatable, and the handle connection shaft includes a first connection shaft and a second connection shaft, and when rotating the one handle part among the pair of handle parts in a state of not fastening the lock by the key part, the first connection shaft and the second connection shaft integrally rotate in response to rotational operation of the one handle part, and a window can be opened by transmitting the rotational operation of the one handle part to the other handle part, and the other handle part is rotated in a state of fixing the one handle part by the key part, so that only the second connection shaft is rotated and the window can be opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡易な構造で、建物内部からの窓の開閉操作を制限しつつ建物外部からの窓の開閉操作を可能とすることが難しい、という問題を解決する。【解決手段】一対のハンドル部と、一対のハンドル部を連結するハンドル連結軸と、を有し、一方のハンドル部には鍵部が設けられており、鍵部により錠を掛けることで一方のハンドル部を回動しないように固定可能なよう構成され、ハンドル連結軸は、第１の連結軸と、第２の連結軸とを含んでおり、鍵部による錠を掛けない状態で一対のハンドル部のうちの一方のハンドル部を回動させると、一方のハンドル部の回動動作に応じて第１の連結軸と第２の連結軸とが一体的に回転し一方のハンドル部の回動動作を他方のハンドル部に伝達して窓を開けることを可能とし、鍵部により一方のハンドル部が固定されている状態で他方のハンドル部を回動させることで、第２の連結軸のみを回転させるとともに窓を開けることを可能とする。【選択図】図４
