MANAGEMENT METHOD OF SECONDARY SLIME TREATMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of secondary slime treatment without depositing slime on a hole bottom, even if a stable liquid after finishing secondary slime treatment is stood still, in a method for executing a cast-in-place concrete structure by placing concrete in a drilling hole filled with the stable liquid.SOLUTION: In a management method of secondary slime treatment in a method for constructing a cast-in-place concrete structure by placing concrete in a drilling hole by executing primary slime treatment and the secondary slime treatment by the drilling hole filled with a stable liquid, a process of confirming that the sand content ratio of the stable liquid in the hole bottom vicinity becomes a management reference value or less determined with every construction site by repeatedly measuring the sand content ratio of the stable liquid in the hole bottom vicinity with every constant time and a process of confirming the fact of becoming a numeric value in the same as or approximate to the sand content ratio of the stable liquid in the hole bottom vicinity measured in the same time by measuring the sand content ratio of the stable liquid in at least the hole port vicinity, are executed when executing the secondary slime treatment, and the secondary slime treatment is continued up to finishing confirmation of both processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】安定液を満たした掘削孔にコンクリートを打設して場所打ちコンクリート造の構造物を施工する方法において、2次スライム処理終了後の安定液を静置しても、孔底にスライムが堆積することのない、2次スライム処理の管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】安定液を満たした掘削孔にて1次スライム処理および2次スライム処理を実施し、掘削孔にコンクリートを打設して場所打ちコンクリート造の構造物を構築する方法における、2次スライム処理の管理方法であって、孔底近傍の安定液の砂分率の測定を、一定時間ごとに繰り返し行い、前記孔底近傍の安定液の砂分率が施工現場ごとに定められた管理基準値以下となることを確認する工程と、少なくとも孔口近傍の安定液の砂分率の測定を行い、同時刻に測定した孔底近傍の安定液の砂分率と同一もしくは近似する数値となることを確認する工程とを、2次スライム処理の実施中に行い、両工程の確認が終了するまで2次スライム処理を継続する。【選択図】図2
