PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material holding structure capable of continuously maintaining a ceiling aesthetic appearance, by preventing floating, deformation or the like of a functional material such as a heat insulation material, a decorative material and a ceiling board arranged on the indoor side such a steel material (a roof purlin) used as a skeleton of a roof.SOLUTION: The present invention is a functional material holding structure for arranging a functional material 5 between a plurality of die steels 4 and 4 fixed to a skeleton 6, and formed by arranging a floating prevention material 9 between the skeleton 6 and the functional material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
