ROAD SWEEPING VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sweeping vehicle capable of performing continuous operation to collect dust with a low moisture content for a long period without causing hopper capacity to accumulate the dust to be limited.SOLUTION: A road sweeping vehicle has a suction port which is an opening to an outside and a suction passage to transfer dust sucked through the suction port. The road sweeping vehicle also has: a spray section to spray water toward the suction port; a hopper where the dust transferred through the suction passage is discharged and the water contained in the dust is accumulated; and a circulation water tank to store the water to be supplied to the spray section. A filter which is installed between the hopper and the circulation water tank allows the water contained in the dust accumulated in the hopper to flow, from a vertically upper side to a vertically lower side by gravity, into the circulation water tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ホッパーでの塵埃の堆積量が制限されることなく、含水量の少ない塵埃を回収する作業を長時間継続して行うことが可能な路面清掃車を提供すること。【解決手段】路面清掃車では、外部に対して開口する吸引口が形成され、前記吸引口から吸引された塵埃は、吸引通路を通過する。前記路面清掃車は、前記吸引口に水を噴出する噴出部と、前記吸引通路を通過した前記塵埃が流入し、流入した前記塵埃及び前記塵埃に含まれる水が堆積されるホッパーと、前記噴出部に供給される水が貯水される循環水タンクと、を備える。前記ホッパーと前記循環水タンクとの境界にはフィルタが設けられ、前記フィルタでは、前記ホッパーに堆積された前記塵埃に含まれる前記水が、重力によって鉛直上側から鉛直下側へ向かって前記循環水タンクに流入する。【選択図】図３
