ROAD SURFACE MATERIAL, INSTALLATION METHOD OF DRIVING ROAD BED, AND DRIVING ROAD BED STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve diverse problems regarding structure, operation and costs, when an existing paved road bed or a road bed paved with solid reinforced concrete is used as a driving road bed of an exclusive track.SOLUTION: A driving road bed structure includes both side surfaces and a top surface having a U-shaped and rectangular cross-section in a width direction and a prescribed length in a longer-side direction. One or a plurality of ribs is provided that integrally protrudes from an undersurface of the top surface, in parallel with both side surfaces. At least either of a tip part of both side surfaces or a tip part of the rib uses a road surface material having a wide contacting surface that contacts a road bed. An internal anchor is fixed on the road bed, and the road surface material is placed on the road bed at a location enclosing the internal anchor and temporarily fixed, with an open surface side of the U-shaped cross-section facing downward. Then, concrete is filled inside the road surface material, for adhering an inner peripheral surface of the road surface material, the internal anchor, and a road bed surface for fixing the road surface material to the road bed, thus installing the driving road bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】専用軌道の走行路盤として、既存の舗装路盤をそのまま利用する構造や舗装路盤全体を強固な鉄筋コンクリート構造である場合には、構造上、運用上及び経費上に種々の問題がある。【解決手段】幅方向断面がコの字矩形であり長手方向に所定の長さを持つ両側面及び頂部面を有し、両側面に並列して頂部面の下側から一体に突出した1以上のリブを有し、両側面の先端部及びリブの先端部の少なくともいずれかは路盤上に接する幅広の接面である路面材を使用して、路盤に内部アンカーを定着し、この路面材をコの字矩形の開放面側を下側にして当該内部アンカーを内包する位置で路盤に設置して仮固定し、この路面材の内側にコンクリートを充填することで路面材の内周面、内部アンカー及び路盤面を接着させて路面材を路盤に固定することにより、走行路盤を設置する。【選択図】 図6
