FITTING STRUCTURE FOR NET ON WINDOW SCREEN, AND FITTING METHOD FOR STRETCHED NET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure that facilitates fitting and removal of a net on a window screen frame, ane enables the net to be fitted in a neatly stretched finish.SOLUTION: Fitting plates 1b, 2b of a holding member 4 for holding a net 20 is provided on frame materials 1, 2 of a window screen net that are assembled in a square form, the fitting plates facing toward an inner side of the frame materials. Furthermore, a fitting guide 3 is provided on the fitting plate, the fitting guide being inclined inward and protruded. The holding member 4 of the net fitted on each of the frame materials includes a net fixing surface 4b to which a periphery of the stretched net is fitted, and a guided member 4c to be slid along the fitting guide. The net fixing surface is fitted on four sides of the net at a position where the net is stretched, when the guided member of the holding member is guided by the fitting guide and the holding member is fitted on the fitting plate of the frame material. An engaging/disengaging mechanism is provided between the frame material and the holding member, the engaging/disengaging mechanism moving the holding member to the fitting plate of the frame material and fitting the holding member on the frame material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】網戸枠にネットを容易に着脱できる構造で、ネットの張設作業を行うと同時に、ネットをピンと張った仕上がりに張設することを可能にした取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】方形に枠組みされた網戸枠の枠材１，２に、ネット２０を保持する保持部材４の取付板１ｂ，２ｂを、該枠材の内側に向けて設け、該取付板に斜め内方に傾斜させて突出する装着ガイド３を設ける。各枠材に装着するネットの保持部材４は、張設するネットの周辺を取り付けるネット固定面４ｂと、装着ガイドに沿ってスライドさせる被ガイド部材４ｃとを備えたものとする。ネットの四周に対するネット固定面の取付位置は、装着ガイドによって保持部材の被ガイド部材をガイドさせ、保持部材を枠材の取付板に装着したときにネットが緊張状態になる位置とし、保持部材を枠材の取付板まで移動させて該枠材に装着する係脱機構を、枠材と保持部材との間に備える。【選択図】図１
