A BRACE HOLDER USED FOR SUSPENDED CEILING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a brace holder for a suspended ceiling structure, which has higher earthquake resistance than conventional one.SOLUTION: A brace holder 52 fixes a brace 50 to a hanging bolt HB. The brace is disposed between a ceiling joist, which is held by a hanger fixed by the hanging bolt HB suspended from a structural material of a building, and the hanging bolt HB. The brace holder comprises: a curved plate part 52a, which is curved so as to cover the hanging bolt HB; two clamp plate parts 52b, which extend from the curved plate part 52a and sandwich the brace 50 in downward oblique direction; an open hole 52c, which is formed on the clamp plate 52b in order to insert a fix screw for fixing the sandwiched brace 50; and fastening devices B, N, which penetrate the clamp plate part 52b from one side to the other side of the clamp plate part at a border site 52d between the curved plate part 52a and the clamp plate part 52b and fasten two clamp plate pars 52b to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
