PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of improving operational feeling for a hydraulic actuator and provide a hydraulic system for a work machine.SOLUTION: A control valve 20A comprises a main body 30 having a first port 31, a second port 32, a third port, a fourth port, a fifth port, a first inner oil passage 41, a second inner oil passage 42, a third inner oil passage 43, a fourth inner oil passage 44 and a fifth inner oil passage 45; and a spool 50. The spool has a first communication part 51 enabling the first inner oil passage, the second inner oil passage and the fourth inner oil passage to be communicated to each other; a second communication part 52 enabling the first inner oil passage and the fifth inner oil passage to be communicated to each other; and a third communication part 53 enabling the first inner oil passage and the fourth inner oil passage to be communicated to each other in a state in which the first inner oil passage and the fifth inner oil passage are communicated to each other via the second communication part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2D
