STRUCTURE CHECKUP TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure checkup tool that is intended for checking cracks and other suspected faults in structures and can be accurately positioned where checkup is to be done to make possible precise and efficient checkup.SOLUTION: A structure checkup tool 1 is equipped with a rod-shaped supporting part 2, a fulcrum part 3 fitted to the tip of the supporting part 2, an impact checking part 4 fitted to the supporting part 2 to be slidable in the lengthwise direction and having a rolling head 10 at the tip, and a pressing part 5 that so presses the impact checking part 4 as to shift the rolling head 10 toward the tip side of the supporting part 2. Impact is checked by bringing the fulcrum part 3 into contact with the vicinity of the check object position on the surface of the structure and pressing the rolling head 10 against the check object position to so turn the supporting part 2 that the rolling head 10 rolls around the fulcrum part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、構造物のクラック等の点検対象を点検する点検具を点検個所に正確に位置決めして精度よく効率的に点検することができる構造物用点検具を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】構造物用点検具1は、棒状の支持部2と、支持部2の先端に取り付けられた支点部3と、支持部2に長手方向に沿って揺動可能に取り付けられるとともに先端部に転動ヘッド10が設けられた打撃点検部4と、転動ヘッド10を支持部2の先端側に移動させるように打撃点検部4を付勢する押圧部5とを備え、構造物表面の点検個所近傍に支点部3を当接させて転動ヘッド10を点検個所に押し当てた状態に設定して支点部3を中心に転動ヘッド10が転動するように支持部2を回動させて打撃点検を行う。【選択図】図1
