JOINT MEMBER CONSTRUCTION METHOD, SURFACE MATERIAL, WASHING FLOOR AND BATHTUB OF BATHROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom joint member construction method capable of reducing generation of concavity on a joint member upper surface and forming an inclined face without depending on the skill of a constructor.SOLUTION: A concavity is formed on the circumference of a washing floor and a wall is placed in the concavity in a bathroom. In a construction method of a joint member in the bathroom, the joint member contains a coking material, which is applied in a clearance between the concavity and the wall, and a coating member, which is elastic and has one end fixed to the washing floor and the other end that is longer than the clearance and projects toward outside of the washing floor in a state where the wall is not placed in the concavity. The joint member construction method comprises: a process to place the wall in the concavity in a state where the other end is deformed upward; a process to inject the coking material in the clearance between the concavity and the clearance; and a process to cover the coking material with the coating member and butt the other end of the coating member against the wall and incline the upper face on the other end side of the coating member downward from the wall toward the washing floor by releasing the deformation of the other end of the coating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】施工者の技能に依らずに、目地部材上面における窪みの発生を抑制し、傾斜面の形成を可能とする浴室の目地部材の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】外周に凹部が形成された洗い場床と、凹部に載置される壁と、を有する浴室の目地部材の施工方法において、目地部材は、凹部と壁との隙間に設けられるコーキング材と、弾性を有し、一端が洗い場床に固定され、壁が凹部に載置されていない状態において他端が隙間より長く洗い場床の外側に向けて突出した被覆部材と、を含み、他端が上方に変形された状態において、壁を凹部に載置する工程と、凹部と壁との隙間にコーキング材を注入する工程と、被覆部材の他端の変形を解除することで、被覆部材によってコーキング材を覆うとともに、被覆部材の他端を壁と当接させ、被覆部材の他端側の上面を壁から洗い場床に向かって下方に傾斜させる工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図６
