PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel panel for a composite floor slab and a composite floor slab, the steel panel having a structure that facilitates flowing of concrete at a time of construction and facilitating making of a highly rigid composite floor slab, and the composite floor slab having a structure that facilitates flowing of concrete at a time of construction and being highly rigid.SOLUTION: A steel panel for a composite floor slab includes a bottom steel plate 12, a plurality of angle steels 14 positioned on a surface of the bottom steel plate 12 to be parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a displacement stopper 21 provided on the surface of the bottom steel plate 12. A plate-like part on a side of the angle steel 14 is welded on the surface of the bottom steel plate 12. An angle formed by the plate-like part on the side of the angle steel 14 welded on the bottom steel plate 12 and the bottom steel plate 12 is less than 90°. A plate-like part on the other side of the angle steel 14 is inclined in a direction away from the bottom steel plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
