FIXING METHOD OF LARGE-SIZED INORGANIC PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide its fixing method and a jig therefor, capable of preventing its falling-off, by fixing an inorganic plate to a skeleton.SOLUTION: A plurality of large-sized inorganic plates are stuck to a skeleton by an adhesive, and a strut member is inserted between the adjacent large-sized inorganic plates by sandwiching a joint. This strut member adds stress in the parallel direction to a skeleton surface to the large-sized inorganic plates between the joints. Thus, the large-sized inorganic plate is further fastened by receiving force from the vertical-lateral side by the strut member while being fixed to the skeleton by the adhesive. Since the large-sized inorganic plate is fastened by the strut member even when a fixation by the adhesive becomes not sufficient by the deterioration with time, falling-off and damage caused by the falling-off can be prevented. That is, a doubled fixing method to the skeleton of the inorganic plate is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 無機質板を躯体に固定し、その脱落を防止できるその固定方法およびそのための治具の提供。【解決手段】 複数の大型無機質板を接着剤により躯体に張り付け、目地を挟んで隣り合う大型無機質板の間に突っ張り部材を挿入する。この突っ張り部材は、目地間において大型無機質板に対して躯体表面と平行な方向に応力を加える。これにより大型無機質板は、躯体に接着剤に固定されながら、さらに突っ張り部材により上下左右から力を受けて留め付けられている。経時的な劣化などで接着剤などによる固定が十分でなくなった場合でも、突っ張り部材により大型無機質板は留め付けられるため、脱落や、脱落に伴う被害を防ぐことができる。つまり、無機質板の躯体への二重化された固定方法が提供される。【選択図】 図1
