PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batten fitting structure and a fixture capable of improving a batten fitting workability.SOLUTION: A stile 44 has a depth piece 441, an indoor aspect piece 442, a groove forming part 446 that forms an engaging grove 447, and a projection 445. The projection 445 has a butting face 445A and an engaging face 445B. A batten 47 has a wall part 471 that is disposed one side of a face bar, an engaging piece 477 that engages with the engaging groove 447, a butting part 479 that butts against the butting face 445A of the projection 445, and an engaging part 478 that butts against the engaging face 445B of the projection 445. When the wall part 471 butts against the face bar, the engaging piece 477 engages with the groove forming part 446, and the butting part 479 butts against the butting face 445A of the projection 445, and the engaging part 478 butts against the engaging face 445B of the projection 445.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
