WALL MATERIAL PEEL-OFF DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall material peel-off device, which generates no uncomfortable noise and can peel off a wall material attached to a wall from a wall face.SOLUTION: A wall material peel-off device 10A peels off a wall material from a wall face by: peeling off the wall material at a section at which a tip 59 of a blade 15 is disposed in order to form a peel-off start position; forming cutout grooves on the wall material, which have a predetermined distance between them in width direction and extend in parallel with each other in vertical direction; disposing first and second guide rails 12a, 12b near the outer face of the wall material and disposing the blade 15 between the cutout grooves; disposing the tip 59 of the blade 15 between the wall face and the wall material at the peel-off start position; moving the blade 15 upward along with first and second lifts 14a, 14b by making use of a lifting mechanism; and peeling off the wall material from the wall face by making use of the blade 15 and separating the wall material from the wall face backward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】不快な騒音の発生がなく、壁に固着された壁材を壁面から剥がし取ることができる壁材剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】壁材剥離装置１０Ａでは、ブレード１５の先端５９を配置する箇所の壁材を壁面から剥がし取って剥離開始位置を作るとともに、壁材に幅方向へ所定寸法離間して上下方向へ平行して延びる切り込み溝を形成し、第１および第２ガイドレール１２ａ，１２ｂを壁材の外面近傍に配置してブレード１５を切り込み溝の間に配置しつつ、ブレード１５の先端５９を剥離開始位置における壁面と壁材との間に配置し、昇降機構を利用して第１および第２リフト１４ａ，１４ｂとともにブレード１５を上方へ移動させ、ブレード１５を利用して壁面と壁材とを剥離しつつ壁材を壁面から後方へ引き離すことで壁材を壁面から剥がし取る。【選択図】図１
