PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper anti-vibration device which maintains a stable rail track for a long time, by suppressing sleeper rising that might be generated due to receiving load during railway vehicle running through attaching easily and certainly an end surface pad and a side surface pad to an anti-vibration case and blocking dropping of the end surface pad and the side surface pad from the anti-vibration case.SOLUTION: A sleeper anti-vibration device 100 of the present invention comprises a bottomed-box-like anti-vibration case 110 which is semi-embedded in a road bed under a condition that the sleeper end part M1 of a sleeper M is fitted, an end surface pad 120 which is interposed between the sleeper end part M1 of the sleeper M and the case vertical end wall 113 of the anti-vibration case 110, and a side surface pad 130 which is interposed between the case vertical side wall 112 of the anti-vibration case 110 and the sleeper end part M1 of the sleeper M, respectively. The end surface pad 120 is fixed to the case vertical end wall 113 of the anti-vibration case 110 through drop-preventing fastening means 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】端面用パッドと側面用パッドとを簡易かつ確実に防振ケースに取り付けて防振ケースに対する端面用パッドと側面用パッドとの抜け出しを阻止し、列車走行時の荷重を受けて発生しがちなまくらぎの浮き上がりを抑制して安定したレールの軌道を長期に亘って維持するまくらぎ防振装置を提供すること。【解決手段】まくらぎMのまくらぎ端部M1を装着状態で道床に半埋設する有底箱状の防振ケース110と、まくらぎMのまくらぎ端部M1と防振ケース110のケース直立端壁113との間に介装する端面用パッド120と、防振ケース110のケース直立側壁112とまくらぎMのまくらぎ端部M1との間にそれぞれ介装する側面用パッド130とを備え、端面用パッド120が防振ケース110のケース直立端壁113に抜け止め用締結手段160を介して固定されているまくらぎ防振装置100。【選択図】図1
