BLOCK MASONRY EARTH RETAINING FOUNDATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BLOCK MASONRY EARTH RETAINING FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block masonry earth retaining foundation and a construction method of the block masonry earth retaining foundation, hardly interfering with supply-drain pipes, reducing an excavation range, shortening a construction time, and capable of reducing construction cost.SOLUTION: A block masonry earth retaining foundation 11 is provided with a concrete foundation 15 buried in a site along a boundary line, being a longitudinally long rectangular shape in a cross-sectional shape of becoming an orthogonal surface to the boundary line and projecting a part of a buried-in reinforcement 23 to the upper side in the vertical direction, a steel material pile 13 driven in the ground by being formed in the length longer than a height of a foundation 15 along an inside surface 25 on the inside of the site of the foundation 15 and having on the upper end a substantially L-shaped hook plate 27 for abutting on an outside surface 29 on the outside of the site on the cross-sectional tip by crossing in the orthogonal direction to the boundary line on an upper surface of the foundation 15 and a block 17 fixed via a filler to a part of the reinforcement 23 inserted into a hole part and supporting a side part of a site inner ground surface 35 higher than a ground surface of the adjacent land by stacking at least one on the foundation 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】給排水管等に干渉しにくく、掘削範囲を小さくし、施工時間を短縮して、施工コストを低減できるブロック積み土留め基礎及びブロック積み土留め基礎の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】ブロック積み土留め基礎11において、境界線に沿って敷地内に埋まり、境界線に直交する面となる断面形状が縦長矩形状であり埋入された鉄筋23の一部が鉛直方向上側へ突出するコンクリート製の基礎15と、基礎15の敷地内側の内側面25に沿って基礎15の高さよりも長い長さに形成されて地中に打ち込まれ、上端に、基礎15の上面を境界線に直交する方向で横断して横断先端に敷地外側の外側面29に当接する略L字状のフック板27を有する鋼材製の杭13と、穴部に通された鉄筋23の一部に充填材を介して固定され、少なくとも1つが基礎15に積まれ隣地の地面よりも高い敷地内地面35の側部を支持するブロック17と、を設けた。【選択図】 図1
