CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION REPAIR STRUCTURE AND CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION REPAIR METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete construction repair structure which has functions to repair crack and to relatively easily confirm a stress state after repair.SOLUTION: A concrete construction repair structure comprises: a low viscosity substrate material 2 which is applied to and infiltrated into a crack generated on a concrete construction 1; a high viscosity adhesive material 3 which is applied on top of the substrate material 2; and a fabric sheet 4 adhered to the concrete construction through the adhesive material 3. The substrate material 2 contains a stress luminous body 10 which produces luminescence with a change in stress. The adhesive material 3 or a finish coating material of the fabric sheet 4 may contain the stress luminous body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ひび割れ補修機能に加えて補修後の応力状態を比較的簡単に確認する機能を備えたコンクリート構造物の補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】 コンクリート構造物1のひび割れ発生箇所に塗布されて含浸される低粘度の下地材2と、この下地材2の上から塗布される高粘度の接着材3と、この接着材3を介して接着される繊維シート4と、を含んで構成される。ここで、下地材2に、応力の変化を受けて発光する応力発光体10が配合される。尚、接着材3、あるいは、繊維シート4への上塗り材に、応力発光体10が配合されてもよい。【選択図】 図1
