HANDRAIL FOR BATHROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for bathrooms reducing a burden of a user and making a user safely move by decreasing force that a hand rotates from the handrail in a standing-up movement by reaction from a catching part and enlarging a grip force exerted by a person side.SOLUTION: The handrail for a bathroom includes a grip part extending in the horizontal direction along a wall face of a bathroom. The grip part is formed of a substantially quadrilateral shape in cross-sectional view, having a front face, an upper face, a back face, a bottom face, a first angle part, a second angle part, a third angle part, and a fourth angle part. The bottom face is downward inclined from the back face side to the front face side as a whole. The length of a straight line formed by connecting the first angle part to a bottom-side end part in the third angle part is formed larger than the length of a straight line formed by connecting the first angle part and a third-angle-part side end in the bottom face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】立ち上がり動作時に手摺から手が回転しようとする力を引っかかり部からの反力により小さくしつつ、ヒト側が発揮する把持力は大きくすることで、使用者の負担が少なく、かつ安全に動作が行える浴室用手摺を提供する。【解決手段】浴室の壁面に沿って水平方向に延設された把持部を備え、前記把持部は、前面と、上面と、背面と、底面と、第１角部と、第２角部と、第３角部と、第４角部とを有する断面視略四角形状で形成されており、底面は、背面側から前面側に向けて全体的に下降傾斜して形成されており、第１角部と第３角部における底面側端部とを結ぶ直線長さが、第１角部と底面における第３角部側端部とを結ぶ直線長さよりも大きく形成されている。【選択図】図４
