METHOD FOR PRODUCING GEOPOLYMER HARDENED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-strength geopolymer hardened body by a highly simple and versatile method without prior heating of a raw material, heating during kneading, and without a need to control addition timing and addition rate of the raw material.SOLUTION: The production method comprises: a step of obtaining a kneaded material by kneading raw materials including inorganic powder, sodium hydroxide, water and filler; and a step of performing steam curing of the kneaded material after performing precuring of the same. The inorganic powder comprises fly-ash and fine powder of blast furnace slag. The precuring is determined to be performed at a lower temperature than the steam curing. Preferably, the precuring is room temperature curing, the fly-ash is original fly-ash powder, and the inorganic powder further contains silica fume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原料の事前加温や練り混ぜ中の加温、さらには原料の添加タイミングや添加速度のコントロールを必要とすることなく、簡便性及び汎用性の高い方法で、高強度のジオポリマー硬化体を製造する。【解決手段】無機粉体、水酸化ナトリウム、水及び骨材を含む原料を練り混ぜて混練物を得る工程と、混練物に対して前養生を行った後に蒸気養生を行う工程とを含み、無機粉体はフライアッシュ及び高炉スラグ微粉末を含み、前養生は蒸気養生よりも低温で実施されるものとした。前養生は常温養生であることが好ましく、フライアッシュはフライアッシュ原粉であることが好ましく、無機粉体はさらにシリカフュームを含むことが好ましい。【選択図】図1
