MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT CURED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cement cured body consisting of a cement composition having excellent fluidity (for example 0 hit flow value of 200 mm or more) before curing and exhibiting high compression strength (for example 350 N/mmor more) after curing.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a cement cured body including: a molding process for installing a cement composition containing cement, silica fume having BET specific surface area of 15 to 25 m/g, inorganic powder having 50% cumulative particle diameter of 0.8 to 5 μm, an aggregate A having maximum particle diameter of 1.2 mm or less, a high performance water-reducing agent, an antifoam agent and water in a frame mold to obtain uncured molded body; an ordinary temperature curing process for sealing curing or curing in air of the uncured molded body at 10 to 40°C for 24 hours or more, then removing from the frame mold to obtain a cured molded body; and a water absorbing and heating curing process for letting the cured molded body absorb water, and conducting heating curing at 100 to 200°C to obtain the cement cured body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬化前には優れた流動性(例えば、0打ちフロー値が200mm以上)を有し、かつ硬化後には高い圧縮強度(例えば、350N/mm2以上)を発現するセメント組成物からなるセメント質硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、BET比表面積が15〜25m2/gのシリカフューム、50%累積粒径が0.8〜5μmの無機粉末、最大粒径が1.2mm以下の骨材A、高性能減水剤、消泡剤及び水を含むセメント組成物を型枠内に打設して、未硬化の成形体を得る成形工程と、上記未硬化の成形体を、10〜40℃で24時間以上、封緘養生または気中養生した後、上記型枠から脱型し、硬化した成形体を得る常温養生工程と、上記硬化した成形体について、吸水させ、かつ100〜200℃での加熱養生を行って、セメント質硬化体を得る、吸水及び加熱養生工程、を含むセメント質硬化体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
