JOINT PART FIXTURE OF STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint part fixture of a steel sheet pile for strongly and easily fixing a joint part between respective steel sheet piles of a steel sheet pile structure such as an earth retaining wall composed of a plurality of steel sheet piles so as not to cause dislocation by earth pressure only by fastening a plurality of fastening bolts.SOLUTION: Mutual joints 2 provided in both end parts of a steel sheet pile cross-sectional surface are mutually meshed, and are installed in a joint part A between respective steel sheet piles 1 and 1 mutually adjacently installed in the steel sheet pile installation direction. An upper end part of the joint part A is constituted of a metal fitting body 8 having a hollow part of including over the constant length in the sheet pile axis direction and a plurality of fastening bolts 9 and 10 threadedly engaged so as to sandwich the mutual joints 2 from both sides in a side part of the metal fitting body 8. The fastening bolts 9 and 10 are respectively symmetrically threadedly engaged in the sheet pile installation direction and the orthogonal direction to the sheet pile installation direction with both sides of the hollow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の鋼矢板からなる土留め壁などの鋼矢板構造物の各鋼矢板間の継手部を、複数の締付けボルトを締め付けるだけで土圧によるずれを生じないように強固にかつ容易に固定する鋼矢板の継手部固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】鋼矢板横断面の両端部に設けられた継手2どうしを互いに噛み合わせて鋼矢板打設方向に互いに隣接して設置された各鋼矢板1,1間の継手部Aに取り付ける。継手部Aの上端部を矢板軸方向に一定長に渡って内包する中空部を備えた金具本体8と、金具本体8の側部に継手2どうしを両側から挟持するように螺合された複数の締付けボルト9,10から構成する。締付けボルト9,10は、中空部の両側に矢板打設方向と矢板打設方向と直交する方向にそれぞれ対称に螺合する。【選択図】図1
