HEAT INSULATION REPAIR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation construction method and a heat insulation structure thereby, of using a corner backing material used for fixing a plate-like heat insulation material and a gypsum board, when thermally insulating, repairing and constructing the indoors of an existing wooden building of using a conventional framework method and a framing method.SOLUTION: A corner backing material used for one embodiment of the present invention is composed of a bent plate-like material, and comprises two plate parts and a bending part therebetween, and the bending part is provided with a through-hole of inserting a machine screw driven-installed at the indoor corner of a building by penetrating through the corner backing material and a plate-like heat insulation material, and the plate parts comprise a sufficient width for fixing a gypsum board. In heat insulation construction, the plate-like heat insulation material is directly installed on the indoor side of an existing wall, and after fixing the machine screw from above it to a structural member of a building corner part by penetrating through the corner backing material and the plate-like heat insulation material from the indoor side, the construction is executed by installing the gypsum board on the corner backing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】在来軸組み工法や枠組み工法等を用いた既存木造建築物の室内を断熱改修施工する際に板状断熱材および石膏ボードを固定するのに用いるコーナー用下地材を用いた断熱施工方法およびこれによる断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に用いるコーナー用下地材は、折り曲げられた板状材からなり、二枚の平板部とその間の屈曲部を有し、屈曲部にはコーナー用下地材及び板状断熱材を貫通して建築物の室内のコーナーに打込み取り付けるビスを通す貫通孔を有し、平板部は石膏ボードを固定するのに十分な幅を有する。断熱施工の際には、板状断熱材を直接既存の壁の室内側に設置し、その上からビスを室内側よりコーナー用下地材及び板状断熱材を貫通して建物コーナー部の構造部材に固定した後、コーナー用下地材に石膏ボードを取り付けることによって行う。【選択図】図2
