UNEVEN SETTLEMENT RESTRAINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven settlement restraint structure and a construction method thereof, capable of sufficiently coping even with a load from below, and also inexpensively executable, without reaching the ground of an adjacent building, without diffusing an injecting solidification material to the outside from a peripheral surface of a pile body.SOLUTION: An uneven settlement restraint structure comprises a steel pipe pile 3 deeply driven in the ground under a foundation of a building, and this steel pipe pile reaches a consolidated layer C over a weak layer B in its lower end part. A dumpling-like concrete mass 5 becoming a foundation stone larger in diameter than an outer diameter of the steel pipe pile is integrally formed in the vicinity of the lower end part of the steel pipe pile 3, and a plurality of wart-shaped concrete projection parts 6 are integrally formed on an outer peripheral surface of a peripheral wall of the steel pipe pile at an upper position by a required length than the mass while projecting from a hole bored in the peripheral wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 注入する固化材が杭本体の周面から外側に拡散することがなくて隣接する建築物の地盤に達することがないとともに、下からの負荷にも十分対応でき、しかも安価でできる不等沈下制止構造及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 建築物の基礎下へ地中深く打ち込まれた鋼管杭3を有し、この鋼管杭はその下端部が軟弱層Bを超えて圧密層Cに達している。鋼管杭3の下端部付近に鋼管杭の外径より径大となった基礎石となるダンゴ状のコンクリート製塊5が一体形成されているとともに、該塊より所要長さ上方位置の鋼管杭の周壁外周面にイボ状のコンクリート製凸部6が複数個、周壁に穿設した穴から突出して一体形成されている。【選択図】 図1
