ANTICORROSIVE COATING METHOD OF BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive coating method of a bridge capable of restraining corrosion caused by the occurrence of rust from a nonuniform edge part.SOLUTION: In a coating method for preventing corrosion in a bridge, a backing processing agent 30 for constituting an immovable state coating film between a coating surface and itself, is coated on an end surface in the plate thickness direction of including a corner part in a coating object member, and after hardening the backing processing agent 30, a wider range than a coating range of the backing processing agent 30 is coated by general paint. In an anticorrosive coating method having such a characteristic, the backing processing agent 30 is desirably cement system anticorrosive paint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コバ部分からの錆の発生に起因した腐食を抑制することのできる橋梁の防食塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁における腐食防止のための塗装方法であって、塗装面との間に不動態被膜が構成される下地処理剤３０を被塗装部材における角部を含む板厚方向端面に塗布し、下地処理剤３０が硬化した後、下地処理剤３０の塗布範囲よりも広い範囲を一般塗料により塗装することを特徴とする。このような特徴を有する防食塗装方法において、下地処理剤３０は、セメント系防食塗料とすることが望ましい。【選択図】図３
