ERECTION CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING WITH ROOF AND ROOF INTERMEDIATE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erection construction method of a building with a roof and a roof intermediate structure in which the need of making scaffolding is eliminated, the time of lifting a roof painted and finished in exterior work can extremely be reduced, and construction can be undertaken safely and in a short term.SOLUTION: The erection construction method of a building with a roof includes: a roof intermediate structure preparation step of preparing for a roof intermediate structure having a roof body, multiple temporary columns with an upper end mounted to the lower surface of the roof body and temporarily fixed perpendicularly to the ground, and multiple main columns with one end of the upper end pivotally mounted in the lower surface of the roof body and installed on a slant to the ground; a roof final structure formation step of performing exterior work to the roof intermediate structure and making a roof final structure; a temporary column removal step of jacking up the roof final structure and removing the temporary columns; and a main column fixation step of lifting the roof final structure and fixing the main columns perpendicularly on the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 足場を組む必要がなく、塗装や外装作業を行った屋根を吊り上げている時間を極めて少なくすることができ、安全且つ短期間で施工可能な屋根付き建築物の建方工法及び屋根中間構造物を提供する。【解決手段】 屋根本体と、前記屋根本体の下面に上端部が取り付けられ且つ地上に対して垂直に仮固定された複数本の仮柱と、前記屋根本体の下面に上端部の片端部が枢動可能に取り付けられ且つ地上に対して傾斜して設置された複数本の本柱と、を有する屋根中間構造物を準備する屋根中間構造物準備工程と、前記屋根中間構造物に対して外装工事を行い、屋根最終構造物を作製する屋根最終構造物作製工程と、前記屋根最終構造物をジャッキアップし、前記仮柱を外す仮柱外し工程と、前記屋根最終構造物を吊り上げて前記本柱を地上に垂直に固定する本柱固定工程と、を有する、屋根付き建築物の建方工法とした。【選択図】図１
