BUCKLING RESTRAINED BRACE DAMPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckling restrained brace damper in which a sufficient reinforcement effect can be obtained without enlarging a cross section of the brace damper, and production is made easy at low cost.SOLUTION: A buckling restraining material 3 includes: a restraint plate 5 layered and arranged so as to sandwich a core material 2 and an insulating material 4, the restraint plate 5 being configured to restrain out-of-plane deformation of a plastic unit 21 of the core material 2; a cover plate 6 for restraining in-plane deformation of the plastic unit 21; and a stiffener 7 connected to the restraint plate 5, sandwiching the restraint plate 5, the core material 2 and the insulating material 4, and raising a whole flexural-rigidity. The buckling restraining material 3 has one end of the axial direction considered to be a fixation end and the other end considered to be movable end. In a fixed side joint of the core material 2, a shear key 8 is fixed that is adjacent to the fixed end of the buckling restraining material 3 and regulates the movement to the fixed side joint side of the buckling restraining material 3. In the inside of the stiffener 7, a longitudinal rib 74 and a transverse rib 75 are provided. The transverse rib 75 is provided at least in the movable end side of the stiffener 7. Each rib edge provides a buckling restrained brace damper coming into abutment with the side of the restraint plate 5 in a non-fixing manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブレースダンパーの断面を大型化することなく十分な補剛効果が得られ、製作が容易で低コストにすることができる。【解決手段】座屈拘束材3は、芯材2及び絶縁材4を挟み込むように積層配置され、芯材2の塑性化部21の面外変形を拘束する拘束プレート5と、塑性化部21の面内変形を拘束するカバープレート6と、拘束プレート5に接続し、拘束プレート5と芯材2と絶縁材4を挟み込み全体曲げ剛性を高める補剛材7と、を備え、座屈拘束材3は、軸線方向の一端が固定端部とされ他端が可動端部とされ、芯材2の固定側接合部には、座屈拘束材3の固定端部に隣接し、座屈拘束材3の固定側接合部側への移動を規制するシアキー8が固定され、補剛材7の内側には縦リブ74および横リブ75が設けられ、横リブ75が少なくとも補剛材7の可動端部側に設けられ、各リブ端が拘束プレート5の側面に対して非固着で当接した座屈拘束ブレースダンパーを提供する。【選択図】図1
