PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce an operation lever and a reset lever, and to attach them by a simple structure without causing wobbling.SOLUTION: An operation lever 5 is composed of a pair of lever members, and attached to a handle rotating shaft 32 of a handle attachment part 14 so as to be turnable. One end side is accommodated in an operation lever accommodation part 30 at both sides of an operation handle 3 so as to be releasable, and the other end is extended up to a press rod insertion part 19. A reset lever 6 is attached to a shaft 53 which is arranged on a back face of the operation handle 3 in parallel with the handle rotating shaft 32 at the other end side of the operation lever 5 rather than the handle rotating shaft 32 of the handle attachment part 14 at an intermediate part of the operation lever 5 via a spacer ring so as to be turntable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
