COVER MEMBER FOR USE IN CONCRETE BLOCK CONNECTOR, AND CONCRETE BLOCK CONNECTOR AND CONNECTION METHOD WITH USE OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable concrete block connector.SOLUTION: A plurality of blocks 2 in contact with each other are connected to form a bundle with a linear fastening material 5. The blocks 2, 2 at both ends are provided with connecting cavities 6, 6. The fastening material 5 is inserted into insertion holes 3 communicated to each other, and an end part 7 thereof projects into the connecting cavity 6. A support plate 12 is fitted to the end part 7, and the end part 7 is fixed with a fixing tool 15. The support plate 12 has the communication hole 3 communicating with the communication hole 3. The connecting cavity 6 of either one of the blocks is covered with a cover member 17 made of fiber-reinforced mortar. The uppermost end of the connecting cavity 6 covered with the cover member 17 is provided with an outflow hole 56 open to the outside of the block. A grout is injected from the communication hole 3 of the support plate 12 at the communication cavity 6 of the other block. When the grout overflows from the outflow hole 56 of the former block, the injection of the grout is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】信頼性の高いコンクリートブロックの連結装置を提供する。【解決手段】相互が当接状態の複数個のブロック2を一纏まりとして線状の緊締材5で連結する。両端のブロック2,2に連結用凹部6,6を設ける。緊締材5は、連通した挿通孔3に挿通され、その端部分7が連結用凹部6内に突出する。端部分7に支持プレート12を嵌め、端部分7を定着具15で定着する。支持プレート12は、挿通孔3に連通する連通孔3を有する。一方のブロックの連結用凹部6を、繊維補強モルタル製のカバー部材17で覆う。カバー部材17で覆われた連結用凹部6の最上端に、ブロック外に開放する流出孔56を設ける。他方のブロックの連結用凹部6における支持プレート12の連通孔3よりグラウトを注入する。一方のブロックの流出孔56よりグラウトが溢流したことを以て、グラウトの注入を完了する。【選択図】図4
