PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shutter apparatus for a building, which enables a projector 10 and a photodetector 11, forming obstacle detection means, to be attached in the state of being positioned near a shutter core without protruding to an outside from a guide rail 4.SOLUTION: A projector 10 and a photodetector 11 are attached to a substrate material 5 that is provided between a guide rail 4 and a skeleton 6 so as to attach the guide rail 4 to the side of the skeleton 6. Detection of an obstacle during a closing operation of a shutter curtain 1 is disabled below positions at which the projector 10 and the photodetector 11 are attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建築用電動シャッター装置において、障害物検知手段を構成する投受光器10、11を、ガイドレール4から外側に突出することなくシャッター芯に近い状態で取り付けることができるようにする。【解決手段】投受光器10、11を、ガイドレール4を躯体6側に取り付けるためにガイドレール4と躯体6とのあいだに設けられる下地材5に取り付けると共に、シャッターカーテン1の閉作動時の障害物検知を、投受光器10、11が取り付けられる位置よりも下方では不検知となるようにする。【選択図】図2
