CRUSHER
PURPOSE: To use a crusher by mainly purposing the splitting of concrete masses after a structure (building or the like) such as one made of a reinforcing bar concrete is dismantled, and particularly, to enable the most efficient crushing to splitting work while the reinforcement of a tip claw part is being intensified to minimize the abrasion of the tip claw part so that the tip claw part may endure a long-period use.CONSTITUTION: A crusher comprises a fixed jaw 2 provided at the lower end a crusher outer casing 1 and a movable jaw 3 provided on the fixed jaw 2 to freely open and close, so that a tip end claw part 4 of high hardness and high toughness in a massive form projecting ahead at a tip point of the fixed jaw 2 forms a flat triangle sharp at the tip as viewed from a lateral face. The front end of the fixed jaw 2 and the rear end of the tip claw part 4 are fixed. The crusher is provided with an upper side reinforcing plate 5 of high hardness that covers the top face of the tip end claw part 4 and is formed so that the front end of the upper side reinforcing plate 5 may slightly protrude from the tip end of the tip end claw part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート製等の構造物（ビル等）の解体した後において、そのコンクリート塊を小割することを主目的として使用するもので、特に、先端爪部の補強を強くし、該先端爪部の摩耗を最小限にし、前記先端爪部を長期の使用に耐えうるようにしつつ、最も能率的な破砕乃至小割作業ができること。【構成】破砕機外筐１の下端に設けた固定顎部２と、該固定顎部２上に開閉自在に設けた可動顎部３とを備え、前記固定顎部２の先端箇所に前方に突出する塊状で高硬度且つ高靭性の先端爪部４が側面から見て先端が先鋭状で扁平三角状を成すこと。前記固定顎部２の前端と前記先端爪部４の後端とは固定されてなること。該先端爪部４の上面を覆う高硬度且つ高靭性の上側補強板５が設けられると共に該上側補強板５の前端が前記先端爪部４の先端より少し飛び出すように形成されてなること。【選択図】 図１
