PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter blade capable of prolonging a life by suppressing an under-cutting phenomenon generated on the outer peripheral part side surface of a disk-like base to which a segment grindstone is joined.SOLUTION: This cutter blade is provided with: a disk-like base having a fitting port formed on a center, a plurality of slits radially formed on an outer peripheral part, and a plurality of attaching parts provided on an outer peripheral part with a plurality of attaching surfaces sectioned by the slits; and a segment grindstone attached to the attaching surfaces of the disk-like base. Each of the attaching surfaces is formed on a flat surface like the bottom side of an isosceles triangle in which the fitting port is a vertex.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
