ORDINARY TEMPERATURE CURABLE EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordinary temperature curable epoxy resin composition capable of quickly being cured not only at ordinary temperature, but especially under low temperature without heating, an adhesive using the composition and a maintenance and reinforcement method of a structure using the composition.SOLUTION: By an ordinary temperature epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin having at least 2 or more oxirane rings in a molecule as (A) component, one or more kind of compound selected from a group consisting of an amine compound and a modified article thereof as (B) component, one or more kind of compound selected from at least one of boron halide or a compound consisting of a complex thereof as (C) component and (D) a phenolic compound as essential elements, it is quickly cured without heating at ordinary temperature, especially under low temperature environment atmosphere such as winter season outdoor without reducing physical properties of a cured article and enough useable life is secured, and further an injection agent, a coating and an additive cured while having enough usable life under low temperature environmental atmosphere can be provided by using the epoxy resin composition and maintenance and reinforcement of a structure can be conducted.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】加熱することなく、常温のみならず特に低温下において迅速に硬化しうる常温硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物の提供、及び、該組成物を用いた接着剤と、該組成物を用いた構造物の補修・補強方法の提供。【解決手段】常温硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物を、(A)成分であるオキシラン環を分子内に少なくとも2つ以上有するエポキシ樹脂と、(B）成分であるアミン系化合物、及びその変性物よりなる群から選ばれた1種以上の化合物と、(C)成分であるハロゲン化ホウ素又はその錯体からなる化合物の少なくとも一方から選ばれた1種以上の化合物と、(D)フェノール系化合物とを必須成分として含有することを特徴とするものとすることにより、硬化物の力学的性質を低下させることなく、常温、特には冬季屋外などの低温環境雰囲気下においても加熱することなく迅速硬化し、十分な可使時間の確保がされ、さらに、該エポキシ樹脂組成物を用いることで、低温環境雰囲気下において、十分な可使時間を備えつつも硬化する注入剤、コーティング、接着剤が提供でき、構造物の補修・補強が可能となる。【選択図】なし
