HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel which gets hardly damaged in side end parts during handling before attachment, and hardly generates a gap in a joint between the panels after attachment.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel 10 includes: a rear face material 12; and an expandable insulation material 14. Each of the rear face material 12 and an expandable insulation material 14 protrudes to the side from a surface material 11 at one side end 10a in a direction 2 in the surface material 11. At the other side end 10b in the direction 2, on the surface of the rear face material 12, a cutting aid part 16, which may be cut generally parallel to a margin, is formed at an inner position from the margin of the other side end 10b, by the generally same dimension as the protruding dimension of the rear face material 12 and the expandable insulation material 14 at the one side end 10a. In a part from the cutting aid part 16 to the margin, a release layer (first release layer 31) is disposed on the boundary between the surface material 11 and the expandable insulation material 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工前の取り扱いにおいて側端部が破損しにくく、かつ、施工後にパネル間の継ぎ目に段差ができにくい断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】断熱パネル10は、表面材11における一方向2の一側端部10a側では、裏面材12および発泡性断熱材14が表面材11よりも側方に突出しており、一方向2の他の側端部10b側では、裏面材12の表面に、他の側端部10bの辺縁から、一側端部10aにおける裏面材12および発泡性断熱材14の突出寸法と略同寸法分内側の位置に、辺縁に略平行に切断可能とした切断補助部16が形成され、かつ、切断補助部16よりも辺縁までの部位における、表面材11と発泡性断熱材14との境界面に離型層(第1離型層31)が配されている【選択図】図1
