SLEEPER HEIGHT ADJUSTING TYPE VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper height adjusting type vibration control device for easily and surely adjusting a sleeper to a predetermined height level, and stably supporting the sleeper in a state of being surely positioned at a predetermined height level, when unevenness is caused on a track surface by a change state of a vibration control track caused by influence such as a construction error of the vibration control track caused when laying the vibration control track by placing track bed concrete and an earthquake-ground vibration-ground settlement after constructing the vibration control track.SOLUTION: In a sleeper height adjusting type vibration control device 100 having at least a vibration control case 110 half-buried in a track bed in a state of holding a sleeper end part M1 of a sleeper M for supporting a rail R and a rectangular plate-like bottom surface pad 140 interposed between the sleeper end part M1 of the sleeper M and a case bottom plate 111 of the vibration control case 110, rectangular sleeper height adjusting means 180 for adjusting a height of the sleeper end part M1 is superposed on the rectangular plate-like bottom surface pad 140 in a fitted state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】道床コンクリート打設による防振軌道敷設時に生ずる防振軌道の施工誤差や防振軌道施工後の地震・地盤振動・地盤沈下などの影響で生ずる防振軌道の変状などによって軌道面に不陸が発生した場合に、まくらぎを所定の高さレベルに簡便かつ確実に調整するとともにまくらぎを所定の高さレベルに確実に位置決めした状態で安定して支承するまくらぎ高さ調整型防振装置を提供すること。【解決手段】レールRを支承するまくらぎMのまくらぎ端部M1を保持した状態で道床に半埋設する防振ケース110と、まくらぎMのまくらぎ端部M1と防振ケース110のケース底板111との間に介装する矩形板状の底面パッド140とを少なくとも備えているまくらぎ高さ調整型防振装置100において、まくらぎ端部M1の高さを調整する矩形状のまくらぎ高さ調整手段180が、矩形板状の底面パッド140に被嵌状態で重置されている。【選択図】図5
