THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostatic mixing valve in which in order to overcome various problems, balance of upward pressure and downward pressure due to water pressure are taken into consideration and upward force due to water pressure is larger than downward force due to water pressure.SOLUTION: A thermostatic mixing valve 10 includes a stationary valve body 520, a movable valve body 250, a lower case 380, and a lever 160 capable of rotating in a right-left direction and a front-back direction and capable of operating the movable valve body 250. By change of a rotational position in the right-left direction of the lever 160, a thermostatic mixing rate can be adjusted, and by change of a rotational position in the front-back direction of the lever 160, a discharge amount can be adjusted. Upward force the stationary valve body 520 receives due to the water pressure represents FU, and downward force the stationary valve body 520 receives due to the water pressure represents FD. In the thermostatic mixing valve 10, the force FU is larger than the force FD regardless the rotational position in the right-left direction and the rotational position in the front-back direction of the lever 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27
【課題】水圧による上向き付圧と下向き付圧とのバランスを考慮し、水圧による上向き力を水圧による下向き力よりも高めることで、諸問題を克服しうる湯水混合栓の提供。【解決手段】湯水混合栓10は、固定弁体520と、可動弁体250と、下ケース380と、左右回動及び前後回動が可能であり可動弁体250を操作しうるレバー160と、を有している。レバー160の左右回動位置の変化により、湯水混合比率の調節が可能とされている。レバー160の前後回動位置の変化により、吐出量の調節が可能とされている。固定弁体520が水圧により受ける上向きの力がFUとされ、固定弁体520が水圧により受ける下向きの力がFDとされる。この湯水混合栓10では、レバー160の左右回動位置及び前後回動位置に関わらず、上記力FUが上記力FDよりも大きい。【選択図】図27
