PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion member and a wavelength conversion element that can suppress a decrease in light emission intensity and solubility of a component material over time, when high-power LED or LD light is emitted, and to provide a light emitting device using the same.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion member contains inorganic phosphor particles comprising a crystallized glass and sinterability ceramic particles. The sinterability ceramic particles are interposed between the inorganic phosphor particles, and the inorganic phosphor particles are bound to each other by the sinterability ceramic particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ハイパワーのLEDやLDの光を照射した場合に、経時的な発光強度の低下や構成材料の溶解を抑制することが可能な波長変換部材及び波長変換素子、並びにそれを用いた発光装置を提供する。【解決手段】結晶化ガラスからなる無機蛍光体粒子、及び、易焼結性セラミック粒子を含有する波長変換部材であって、無機蛍光体粒子間に易焼結性セラミック粒子が介在しており、かつ、無機蛍光体粒子が易焼結性セラミック粒子により結着されていることを特徴とする波長変換部材。【選択図】図1
